Who we are

Unity is strength. Community empowerment is our purpose.

PCEP is a Public Benefit Organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of marginalized communities through poverty eradication, health empowerment and educational welfare.
Our mission is to eliminate financial barriers through professional financial management, strategic capacity building and accessible credit that supports economic independence.
Our vision is for every marginalized community to become a self-sustaining ecosystem of prosperity, where collective action creates individual dignity.
Our Values

The PCEP core values

Production before Credit

Build productive capacity and disciplined savings first, so credit supports growth and an affordable repayment plan.

Collective Transparency

Use auditable ledgers and shared decision-making so member money is traceable and every member’s voice is protected.

Equity across the Pyramid

Circulate value fairly within the community and reinvest collective success in the members who create it.

Professional Agency

Turn practical skills and enterprise into verifiable financial records. Training helps members take ownership of their advancement.
